Beautiful Finishes
The frames undergo a blasting process with fine steel particles to eliminate dirt and oil from manufacturing. This is followed by a five-step washing and chemical treatment to prepare the surface perfectly for the final finish.
Durable Coating
A zinc-rich epoxy primer is applied by hand to form a protective layer against oxidation, preventing rust and safeguarding the final finish. The topcoat of durable polyurethane powder is also hand-applied and oven-cured to ensure a long-lasting finish.
